• Amortize Marketing Budget Review
• Land Development Review of Draw Request and Payments Worksheet
• Automation of the Profit Projection
• Profit Projection Review
• File Audit and Related Budget and Margin Review
• Land Cash Flow Projection
• Company Cash Flow Projection
• Monthly Cash Flow Analysis and Charting
• Sales-Starts-Closings Report Reconciliation
• Sprint Bonuses/Completion Report
• Monthly Accounts Payable Review and Reconciliation
• Annual Business Plan Preparation
• Daily loan worksheet and sweep account update
• Monthly Accounts Payable Accrual Preparation and Review
• Monthly Prepaid Insurance Calculation and Review
• Inventory Investment Analysis
• Weekly Variance and Variance Purchase Order Reporting
• Back Charge Analysis/Write Offs
• Treasury Management Administrator
• Aged Loan Review
• Bank Commitments, loan balances and loan request Review
